Lime (Loud + Rime) (Undefeated @ Notts CO)

l0velace 233

it's loud, with rime. 'nuff said, once more.

okay i'll say more

Adding one strength to a bunch of the ice in this deck is, in my opinion, not an incorrect call. Though it's mostly just for Anansi. Time to look at breaking costs!

Anansi

6+ strength sentries are all the rage at the moment, with a lot of popular killers having a no-good-very-bad time against them.

Anemone

Vampyronassa

Only really affects un-turbine'd Buzzsaw and Unity, but it is fun!

Tatu-Bola

Technically affects Gauss! But more relevant is the fact that this can swap out into Rime after passing, for when they hit the Anansi behind it.

Data Loop

The encounter effect will still fire, so this isn't as relevant, but for completion's sake...

in conclusion

I love Loud, it is a very good deck that is fun to play (thank you Paillu) and whether or not this change is competitively correct, it's certainly something I think the deck can do. I won't have a writeup for my runner (as it's just Extreme Disco which I'm also a big fan of, thanks to znsolomon), but the CO was excellent, good netrunner was played, and I'm happy to have hit 5th.

Love the breakdown here. But particualrly love these two Sentences:

  1. "But more relevant is the fact that this can swap out into Rime after passing, for when they hit the Anansi behind it." - Excellent stuff!

  2. "Persephone + Hush - no change, so obviously the best choice." - Obviously!! :D
