Can you help me improve this deck?

With CP, Neural EMP is practically mandatory. It lets you pick a key card from their hand, which is what this ID is all about. I'd also recommend Data Mine, since it's another guaranteed snipe unless they have an AI, and in that case, it's still a good tax for zero credits. Since it looks like you're going for the kill, Snare! would probably be more useful than Shi.Kyū. Running one Chronos Project strikes me as a good idea, too, since it lets you prevent recursion once you hit key cards. Reclamation Order is typical here as a one-of, to get back your EMPs, though it could also get your Komainu or Twins back for more shenanigans. I'm not entirely sure you need An Offer You Can't Refuse, since it looks like you're more concerned with a flatline win, and it could be filled with more useful cards. These are just some initial thoughts. Hope it was helpful!

I think The Twins is a poor choice as well. It does combo with Komainu, certainly, but not with Chronos Protocol: Selective Mind-mapping. To land a The Twins/Komainu kill, you need one Komainu in hand with one on the board with a The Twins, the runner needs to run the one on the board, and then they need to not have minimised their hand size to reduce the number of subroutines. That's by no means impossible, but to land it reliably you'd need more support. But the rest of your deck focuses more on a death by a thousand cuts strategy, and so finding and killing their breakers, running unavoidable net damage like Neural EMP, and some ETR ice so that a breakerless runner is powerless to stop you scoring House of Knives seems to be the way to go if you ask me.

If you were to make a The Twins/Komainu deck, I'd put it in Jinteki: Personal Evolution. If they run on a low hand size to avoid Komainu, then they risk getting killed if they hit Fetal AI. The idea here is to make them hit Komainu with as many cards in hand as possible, to increase the number of subroutines added with The Twins. Then I'd consider adding cards like Chum and Patch to buff Komainu's strength as much as possible. If they get out a working Datasucker/Parasite combo, especially off of Clone Chip, you're dead in the water. Things like Switchblade and GS Shrike M2 are still a huge issue, so some alternate solution may be necessary. What about using Marcus Batty plus a program-trasher before they hit Komainu? WAIT, ARE THOSE BOTH SYSOPS? DO I SMELL RECRUITING TRIP?

Oh dear lord I seem to have gone off on a tangent. I just made that up as I went along. It's a whole load of untested jank. The stuff that the guy above me said was a lot more sensible.

Thank guys. I'll try some of these suggestions tomorrow and update my deck.

I would recommend some program destruction ice (Grim?). Trashing the runners breakers seems excellent when you can snipe future copies from their hand with targeted net damage. You've got the influence, so Rototurret or Ichi 1.0 seem pretty strong.

Also, does Mamba deserve a slot?
