Blood Money 3.0

fs1973 57

After reading x3r0h0ur's and nbove's comments on version 2.0 of this deck i decided to implement some changes.

The idea of the deck is to have a minimum amount of agendas. In this case i have only 7 agendas, most of them are 3-pointers, so the chances of the runner steel them are reduced, but it's risky... Having non-trashable economy was another criteria. No money assets, only transaction operations cards that go lovely with the "building a better world" identity. Also with this deck i want to run a big remote server, expensive for the runner to break and hopefully one that will give time to score the agendas. Some punishing ice like Rototurrets and Archers and also Edge of World will give me enough threat options to keep the runner at bay...

Any thoughts?

I think you'd be wasting time advancing most ice, so commercializatoin can probably go in favor of oversight AI, that will save you lots of cash on rezzing ice, and shipment from kaguya can probably be cut for punitive counter strike.

Also Corporate troubleshooter is a great asset to trashing programs, I'd almost run 2 of him instead of EoW, or go to 3 rotos and 2 troubleshooters cutting the 1 of sansan.

Also you have 0 meat damage, you'd be better off running 3 govt contracts instead of 1 cleaners. There is literally no reason in your deck to run Cleaners.

Also you'd have to sac a 3 pointer or geothermal fracking to rez archers, so the OAI's I suggested earlier help, but you'd need hostile takeover to use archer without feeling the pain. Maybe 6x3 and 3x hostile takeover.

You are totally right about Cleaners, it was a mistake of mine because earlier i had Flare in this deck and than decided to let it go and forgot to change the cleaners. That one must go and probably i'll put in a 3rd Government Contracts.

I opted to let go with the OAI's because i didn't want to loose de ice. One the routines are broken, the ice is gone and i want to keep it, to make it expensive for the runner. But i must agree with you that giving up a 3-pointer to rez an archer is too much so I'll probably have to rethink if i want a deck with very few agendas and perhaps give up the archers or if i want to hold on to them i must include Hostile Takeover.

I'm not to sure about Corporate Troubleshooter, i've never played him and in this deck, EoW seems pretty scary, but if i'm exposed by the runner the bluff is gone and i'm stuck with an asset that doesn't do anything. Maybe i'll try CT.

I really prefer making runner decks, i'm a poor corp player. Thanks for the help. I'll make a new version and we'll talk about it :p
