[throwback] Dedicated Response Team NEH

I'm going to be (trying to) publishing a list a day for two weeks, in anticipation for my upcoming New Year, Old Cards throwback tournament.

I'm not going to lie. This is a lazier idea than I usually post. I had a lot of fun once drafting a dedicated response team NEH list, with turtlebacks, plenty of tags, and self destruct.

Throwback doesn't quite let us put all those pieces together, but putting a few of them together seems good enough. Your goal is to try and engineer a scenario where Dedicated Response Team will do 4-6 damage on an access - sometimes the runner will just hit a 5/7 damage Snare! even.

If they float tags, but remove the response teams, then you can boom them. Tomorrow's Headline, AR-Enhanced Security, Prisec and AMAZE Amusements should force the tags you need.
