1.1.1.1. Weyland / I like meat

Loew 8

Core set / Order and Chaos / Escalation + 1 What Lies Ahead

Hi, this is my first deck ever. I will try to play in a 1.1.1.1. tournament. My opinion is to make damage and try to have a balanced defense.

Your help would be welcome.

Deutsch: Moin,

be careful that project Atlas is not legal in your 1.1.1.1. list. You also have to cut one influence (stars count as influence, too). If you want to kill the runner, put 3 times scorched earth and include at least one sea source. Or if you prefer playing boom take something that gives the runner more tags such as midseason replacements. You will need a lot of money for trying to kill the runner, I am not sure if you will have enough money for killing, rezzing the SanSan City Grid and the Hadrian s wall. Just give it a try , have fun! :)

Dear Mirilu, Thank you for your help.

why is "project Atlas" not legal? Please note, this is my 2nd try (1st try: netrunnerdb.com ) so my description was not correct, I will change it, because I don't use a card of "a Study in Static"

  • scorched earth can only be 2 times in my desk (you can only use one core set)
  • sea source: I will think about it
  • midseason replacements: than I have to change project atlas, because of only one extra card of any data pack is allowed

Thanks for you ideas. Let me think about it.

The stars (aka MWL markers) can be ignored in 1.1.1.1 - the MWL does not apply there. Also, Project Atlas looks fine, it's the singleton card. The deck description is a bit misleading, the card is from "What Lies Ahead", not from "A Study in Static".

For the deck: You might get a kill off Snare/Data Raven (especially in combination) or a sneaked out Posted Bounty, but SEA Source looks actually very tempting for this list. Anyway, the Scorched Earth plan looks okay as Plan B.

Oh the other hand, landing a BOOM! looks incredibly hard, you have no way to double-tag (and Midseasons/HHN are not in one of the packs you selected, so you can't simply add them), therefore you rely on the Runner to make a mistake ... you should definitely not add more than the one you're playing, mb even cut that.

Thank you adquen. Description was changed. OK, gues you are right. maybe it will be better to cut the BOOM
