It works similarly but i've updated the ICE. Orion is an excellent ICE that still suffers from barrier so Quetzal can break it but I'm expecting a lot of ICE destruction with eater with Reina/maxx or some other ID instead of Quetzal. I couldn't fit Scorch/Punitive, and I dislike burn decks anyway, but players will likely still play around it.
Elizabeth Mills for Personal workshop trashing as well as getting rid of the BP from Valencia/Grim. Interns for returning a key card when needed. They can wind up being the equivalent of a fast track if the runner doesn't run archives while an agenda sits there. I needed unique routines for Orion so I went with Excalibur and susano.
These 2 ICE present major frustrations for the runner since they make it more difficult to get Off the Grid off the table so they can run the remote. Wendigo offers another interesting routine and is the primary D4V1D protection, forcing a decoder install. Ice Wall and Caduceus are the other cheap ICE forcing Fracter and Destroyer installs.
With Susano, they're running archives so they can't trash the Crisium grid and even without Crisium it still prevents them from making OtG trash itself.
Excalibur is great as a mythic ICE, even with the soon to be prevalence of eater. Without an AI breaker, it simply means the runner can't get into the remote for another turn after making a successful run on HQ. This should give you plenty of scoring windows.
Reclamation order for returning important cards you've used or had trashed. Runner get's lucky and trashes all your OtG/CG/Jackho? Reclaim them. Used all your Mushin No Shin or Edward Kim/Imp killed them? Reclaim them.
I debated a reversed accounts but I think the deck is punishing enough and the runner should stay pretty poor. I am worried about runners just saving money and making big runs when I mushin into the OtG remote. This is why I debated going with high risk investment over Government Contracts. I don't think it will happen often enough and I think I can bluff an agenda score and drain their money before a real score.
Hades shard to return key cards to R+D although Jackho is the only reshuffle option I have. I may go with another priority req instead.
Any constructive criticism is much appreciated. I don't know If I'll even be able to play in the tournament on the 31st but I want to run this if I do.
