How you get there is by finding your ice, through drawing, or using Exec Boot Camp to find Levy University. Once you find the ice, drop an IT Department. Start powering it up and Voilà, they can never use a pesky Corroder to break your precious snowflakes anymore. An additional way to achieve that is by scoring Unorthodox Predictions.

Card Choices

Now you may be asking "Ben, why not put in Komainu or Tsurugi? They go great with IT Department!" Well it's simple, those are dirty tools used by inferior corps like Personal Evolution or Replicating Perfection. This is Nisei Division. We don't mess around with that.
