[Startup] Trying the New Toys

Mid deck used for Startup tournament. Went 1-1-1 for the day.

Brasilia Government Grid is only good if you have rezzed ICE, so can be countered by a cautious runner. The one loss was actually due to me completely misunderstanding the card, leading to a few broken turns, and a scoop to save face.

Cloud Eater is a lot of fun. It feels good to rez via Lightning Laboratory, but doing it the hard way in a pinch doesn't hurt either. Should definitely tweak to fully use the influence. Suggestions?
