netrunnerdb.com made top 16 in louisville. I played against it, had a chance of winning against my Fine Print deck. Pretty solid when piloted well. |
Noise is hands down the best overall anarch. Right now though, whizzard is the best since everyone is running taxation by asset, and 3x jackson. Noise's ability though is so ubiquitous and disruptive, it is fantastic. Also viruses are some of the potentially most powerful programs.
