Caprice's Nisei Division. I heavily tested a punitive/closed accounts version, but it was only fair. I don't win psi games much even though I roll a d3!

Maybe roll a d4 sometimes to change the probabilities? The even probability gives the other player a lot of information, since they then know they should always bet zero since the chance you pick zero is the same as any other and it costs them less.

I'll give this a shot, I may try squeezing in snare somehow for the extra tag chance.

If they always choose 0, I should win 2/3 psi games, and I am OK with that :). The problem is I've been winning closer to 50% :).
