Use pinging damage from HoK, hokusai, shock, neural emp, fetal, and philotic to kill programs/program tutors from hand.

Use Power Shutdown, Archer, Grim, Ichi, Rototurret to kill installed programs.

Use troubleshooter as a headfake - good for program trashing programs and stuff like Inazuma, Komainu, etc.

Program trash isn't that good if you dont have ETR to back it up. This deck is probably too light on ETR as it is.
