Just a concept deck / idea based around the new Blue Sun ID for Weyland.

I was originally considering using Bioroid Efficiency Research in the deck to help abuse the corp's special ability, but Oversight AI in conjunction with Howler seemed to work better as you can pull trashed Janus's (... Out of interest; what is the plural of Janus?! Januses? Janusii? Janusae?!) out of Archives, Rez them and then use them as more fuel for money, or alternatively build a far more insane fortress!

Amazon Industrial Zone is there to make things cheaper, and the Security Subcontract to remove weak/unnecessary ice later on (such as the Howlers if all 3 Janus's are rezzed). Jackson Howard to pull out more cards from R&D or to pull from Archives should you need it, and Eliza's Toybox to make those expensive ice a tad more viable should things go horribly wrong.

Naturally, I have no idea how this would play out, but it was an interesting thought-experiment!

Does Howler work? It says derez the ICE at the end of the run, so Janus won't be rezzed when your turn begins, and thusly no Blue Sun.

@citizenkeen; Well, as said it's a bit of a thought-experiment more than a tested idea... You're certainly right though; it would mean Janus would be derezzed post-run.

Howler is more there for early game and for those Runners who don't run AI-breakers. Ideally, you'd want Howlers out in the early game so you can get those Janus on the table, potentially forcing the Runner to encounter them if they are insistant on coming in (like Criminals with Account Siphon). Following turns you can use Oversight AI to rez them (keeping the relatively safe from click-breaking unless the Runner has E3 Feedback Implants installed) and subsequently should you choose; use Blue Suns ability on them.

It's not exactly foolproof, but hey; it's a theoretical deck than a tried and tested one.

I love thought experiments! Okay, further thoughts:

Runner runs. Hits an unrezzed Howler. You rez Howler. Runner hits it (because they don't have an AI icebreaker). You drop in Janus and rez it, ignoring all costs. What Runner continues without the means to break it?

It feels like it doesn't work as a surprise. It does, however, work wonders as an Archives ICE recovery tool.
