C.I. Avalanche V1

Relatively new to the game, but had a (questionable?) idea.

C.I to enable a massive hand, then either Special Report alongside Jinja/scoring SFT/a nice Anonymous Tip to drop several ICE into a server at once. Currently untested, but keen for input before I actually build it.

Relatively? Limited card pool. The data packs I have are Flashpoint Cycle onwards + The Liberated Mind. Currently missing Honor and Profit as far as Deluxes go.
