Post Film Critic Butcher Shop - Hadrian's Wall 2nd (54x)

Jonny 101

My flavour of butchershop. Went 4-2 on the day.

Interesting deck building decisions:

2x Snare! - I dropped a pair of traffic accidents for an extra snare in the deck. With film critic and putting two sea source's in the deck, more often you're going to get the kill off a single tag, so traffic accident is harder to use. Multiple snares help discourage/punish the big multi accesses, and make the runner reluctant to run remotes.

2x Casting Call - Useless against film critic, but otherwise excellent. Use to install a breaking news behind a Data Raven to threaten the kill, or an astroscript to get the train rolling. If they run and steal, the runner usually has to spend all 4 clicks, and 8 credits, hopefully putting them in midseason/sea source range.

Games:

Beat 2x Prepaid kate by installing breaking news on a sansan, and scoring out with an astroscript token -> scorch -> scorch.

Beat Val and Whizz by missing 1x I've Had Worse in hand with a scorch, and 2x I've Had Worse in hand with a traffic accident respectively.

Lost against Eater/Keyhole Andy, and Opus Andy. Account siphon played a prominent role in both games.

his deck and iterations of it has been placing very highly in the Edinburgh meta tournaments for the past months. You pilot this very well, it is a horrid deck to play against for all the right reasons. How often do you find you use Information overload?

Information overload always warms my heart to see.

I can echo @just_rob's comments, not only is this a good deck but @cat0234 pilots it very well indeed. Even with decks that should have a good match up against murdery NBN I always find this tough and am very happy if I pull off a win against it!
