Here's my first draft of my Biotech Build. I'm not really excited about the possibilities of the flip ID, so I decided I'd just try something out to see if it could work. Since you only get to use your power once per game, there's no real reason to play this deck in a way that's going to last. I decided a deck that would play very quickly would give you the most use from the ID and minimize your opponent's ID powers. The ice is really light and geared towards the early game (Cortex Lock is the star of this ice suit). Since you don't get the trash bonus of IG, I decided a ton of operations would help keep R&D from getting run through. Accelerated Diagnostics is played full-on YOLO, with Precognition and Blue Level Clearance to minimize the damage trashing cards can have. Choose your ID based on your opening hand: if you see agendas go for Greenhouse, if you see kill cards go for Brewery, if you don't see either or any clear path for your first turn go for Tank. Either way, play the deck in a way that doesn't give your opponent the chance to slow down, draw up, and build their rig. Clicking to draw is usually better than clicking for credits in this deck since there's a lot of free advancing and the ice is all super cheap. If the game goes too long you're kind of stuck in a lurch, but it's possible to still threaten the runner until the end.

I don't think this deck is competitive by any stretch of the imagination, but I think it could be a strong direction for Biotech since the other Jinteki IDs tend toward longer building games. If down the road Jinteki gets some tools for an Accelerated Diagnostics combo that can get fit into this deck as well.
