'Kinda-Teaching' deck

It's a deck I built for a mate that isn't supposed to be totally new player friendly, but not also not have too much nuance as to how to play.

As far as I can tell (I haven't done any testing) you can just pile up some dollars, do a bit of bluffing with GRNDL / Reversed, take Bad Pub and wipe it with Witness Tampering, and just have a giant server of Hadrians / Tollbooth / Archer and have fun with it.
