Rototurret is one of those cards that you don't want to include but you want the Runner to fear. The impact of its merece existence is huge, since it prevents facechecking as long as the Runner has at least one program on the table, ends the run if that happens, and can be found anywhere thanks to its extremely low influence cost. But it's weak as far as taxing goes and highly suceptible to Parasite.

The best argument in its favour is that it will give you at least one hit per tournament, and that one hit justifies the inclusion of one copy of it. Multiples don't provide any tangible benefit but one is powerful enough to give it a try.

The best argument against it is that players will expect it and that one hit per tournament is not worth dedicating it a slot unless you want to force out a breaker, specially since Runners will have to fear Rototurret even if you don't play it yourself.

Personally, I tend to include it from time to time to keep Runners guessing or when a two-credit tax and forcing out a breaker is important, like in NBN Fast Advance decks.

Rex Campaign is a weaker Restructure on practically all matchups, since it gives a similar credit gain and must be protected to prevent it from being trashed. But a weaker Restructure is a small price to pay to get rid of Valencia's Blackmails, which can single-handely destroy any deck focused on big remotes and that makes it worthy of inclusion in Glacier decks in the post Order and Control metagame.

Even considering the fact that Rex Campaign can attract a Blackmail itself, three copies of it plus GNRLD Refineries and the natural protection of Ash 2X are probably more than enough to get rid of the threat. And when it comes down to it, having to protect it is not much different than not being able to play PAD Campaign against Security Testing decks so it's not a huge issue.

It's a nerf, but a tolerable one.

High -Risk Investment assures credit parity with the Runner in a given moment and is easily rushed in its faction. More than that, it's a powerful credit gain on its own, specially against those decks in which that credit gain is needed the most.

In a sense it's a card that gives continuity: It allows Weyland to keep pressuring the Runner after spending 5 credits and 6 clicks scoring it and pairs well with the very own cards that allow it to be scored, namely Corporate Troubleshooter and Scorched Earth.

It will be versatile enough to be played over Weyland other great 5/3 Agendas and Priority Resquisition and there are three identities already that will make great use of it:

GRNDL: Allows to outpace Runner even after spending the initial credit burst, easily scored early in the game, feeds Punitive Counterstrike:

BWBI: Extends the middle stage of the game that normally BWBI struggles to compete in because its economy cannot keep up.

Titan Transnational: While possibly uninterested in running 5/3s, the possibility of gaining twice the amount of credits the Runner has without any Bad Publicity is insanely poweful. Many Titan builds will see a second pillar around this very card.
