This card is still probably outclassed by Plascrete Carapace in most situations, but requires some consideration if Weyland Consortium: Builder of Nations becomes a menace. This will entirely interrupt the ID ability and also provide a light benefit against Scorched Earth! Only a higher power or perhaps a Beach Party will save you from hell on earth, though. As noted, it's a fine addition against Argus Security: Protection Guaranteed in case that gets more popular, as well! At 1 influence, it's also well worth considering going forward for an Anarch or Shaper that wants to run lighter on cards.

Just don't install two. It might as well be unique.

Prisec is also everywhere atm. This will help v. that too. —

Pair this with Au Revoir and Snitch to get tons of power counters while you get paid. Save them all up for one massive, frustrating R&D run for 20 cards! Bonus points if you pair it with Blackmail and Corporate Scandal so you don't even need breakers!

It's essentially a flexible hybrid Medium and Nerve Agent, but for less influence out of Anarch. Outside of the aforementioned Snitch strat, it probably won't be worth the slot that Anarchs use for Medium, or the interfaces out of the other factions.

Definitely putting this in my Adam deck. —
I think it's a decent way to give Shapers some HQ pressure and Criminals - some R&D pressure without spending precious influence. —
Yep, I'll be swapping out the R&D Interfaces from my Leela deck for Turning Wheels. —

Let me paint a picture for you. This beautiful card with Technical Writer and Replicator. Imagine the consumer grade installs of 6 cards for 1 click, especially for Spy Camera, which is free on the install! If you want to set those out quickly (and potentially get a huge payday from the Technical Writer), absolutely have this card.

As a fan of ReplicHaley, I approove this message, —
Geist would truly become a Tech Lord!!!!!! —
It's true. This thing goes great in Geist "cheap trash hardware" builds. —

I feel that this card was sort of overshadowed by Corporate Sales Team just one set later. You'll get your money back from scoring the agenda only two full turns after the scoring turn, then it's pure profit and neutral to boot!

This card, however, gives the Corp much more flexibility, even if it does fire only once per turn. Pull in more credits to rez ice or take a card to dilute HQ, the choice is yours!

It's great against cautious runners who have to build up after each run, so it works well with expensive glacier setups. I don't like this much against Anarch Medium dig decks, but I'm sure skilled HB decksmiths can get this card to do fantastic work for them!

I think while Sales team is out, it's probably waitng for a world with fewer 3/2s. Other than that, maybe NEXT rush would appreciate the agenda econ. —

Kiss your programs goodbye, because the sysop from hell has arrived. Another tag-removal card from this set, much like Lily Lockwell, which adds another interesting tool into tag-centric decks.

Keegan is a new level of trap that, once paired with a tag subroutine, especially strong or unavoidable ones such as Data Raven and Bandwidth, make runners think twice about continuing the run. Doesn't matter if they are running first click to shake the tags off later, the effect happens mid-run. Say goodbye to the only Corroder in your deck!

Other benefits: zero to rez, three cost to trash, part of the "Future guy leans back" set along with Government Contracts and High-Risk Investment.

The downsides: cannot take effect outside of a run on the installed server, so no same turn synergy with Midseason Replacements or SEA Source and loses power once the runner gets all of their breakers out, especially if they Femme a Raven. Also, three influence, so it's harder to get multiples in another faction if you have tags in Argus Security: Protection Guaranteed or some such.

Absolutely worth an inclusion with a tag deck that wants to take the fight to the runner to slow them down. Make them put in recursion or rue the day they met Mr. Lane.

Oh, those are his arms! I always thought he was wearing some sort of massive supervillain winged collar. —
I mean, a second one. —
Combine him with Team Sponsorship and Breaking News for maximum fun. —
@lolpaca: The Breaking News combo won't work (unless you follow it up with Big Brother), since you can only trigger him during a run. —
Oh I jut meant BN as an easy way to trigger Team Sponsorship and keep the Keegans flowing. —
is there a timing window between getting a tag from the encounter text on Data Raven and using an icebreaker to break ice that Keegan could fire? like to kill a sentry breaker? —
This and Bandwidth both cost zero to rez. Nasty way to trash an important breaker early game. —
@153351 No, there isn't. 3.1 is the first window for either player to do anything "after" the encounter trigger, and the runner gets to go first. —
