Startup Fatal Botch

I wanted cheaper economy, more recursion, and a good way to recycle programs, but the general gist of the design is the same. Moving and refreshing Botulus with Spec Work and Simulchip can apply a lot of pressure very quickly, and playing Femme Fatale with Retrieval Run can really do a lot of damage. Finally, Fermenters and Botuluses farm up tons of virus tokens for The Nihilist and can lead to either lots of card draw or lots of R&D trashing, even if the Corp purges. It's a good time.
