Even with all of the resource hate, this is the real sleeper hit of this pack. Instant speed damage prevention is great. Because of the tag removal each turn, the only way you are getting killed by meat damage is a highly telegraphed power shutdown or 24/7 combo. I've been seeing long forgotten cards like power tap and compromised employee being used with this card. I've tried it comboed with DLR and John Masanori to mill three cards and then clear the tag at the end of your turn so there is no need for the fall guys, wireless net pavilions, and the rest of the DLR package. The card has so much potential and it was really overlooked when it was first spoiled.

It's a shame this isn't as good in faction as it is out of faction. Being Khan's console, it's almost criminal that it doesn't synergize with her ability or breakers. Every console for Criminals will always be compared to Desperado, and this leaves a lot to be desired.

At only a single influence Shapers now have either an HQI each turn or endless repeatable Legworks (since 2 ice on HQ is pretty common). The corp will almost never ice more than two on HQ once this drops onto the table. I've been seeing this put to good use out of Smoke lately.

Thematically, it should be in every Whizzard deck from now until rotation because it's a Nintendo Power Glove.

Well, technically, it does synergize with Birds, as you need to break all the subs with a bird in order to derez the ICE with it. And with this console you can constantly hit HQ while forcing the Corp to rez an expensive piece of ICE over and over, while getting multiaccess out of it. You are usually going to get an HQI value from this console, while paying 1 extra coin for 2 Mem, which is not bad at all. —
In faction it seems like it puts the Corp in a tricky situation. Leave HQ lightly iced and get Siphoned into the ground. Put heavy ice on HQ and get HQ cleaned out by Gauntlet. —

Step 1: Make a run on R&D or HQ

Step 2: Use your Hades Shard during a paid ability window during the run

Step 3: Draw your deck after the run ends.

This is a wonderful console for tag-me Anarchs and a good counter to the tag heavy meta we find ourselves in.

This is beyond crazy. I love it. —
Well, damn that's a neat idea —
Hot damn. Good work. —

One of the strongest cards released up to this point in the Flashpoint Cycle which is already filled with incredibly powerful runner cards.

This card has opened up a lot of space in stealth decks. It allows Shaper stealth to run consoles other than Mirror and with Ele "Smoke" Scovak: Cynosure of the Net or hardware stealth credits you can afford to have less Cloaks in your deck for other programs such as Datasucker.

Being able to power itself is incredible, but combined with other strong cards, such as Patron you have a Diesel every turn. In Criminal who already plays "on a successful run" you can combine this with the criminal staples Desperado, John Masanori and Security Testing to get most of a free Deuces Wild each turn.

Lastly, is the extremely powerful last line. Being able to spend the credits for anything - traces, installing cards, trash costs, etc. - can't be overstated. I'm really looking forward to this year's store champion season and the rise of stealth.
