Effectively getting a rig out is done using stimhacks with SMC / Clone chip.
It's not supposed to be competitive, but it's insanely fun watching people's looks when you slap down a stimhack turn one and get out Garrote or something.
And yeah, I don't own Lunar Cycle, so I can't use cards from it...sadness is real.
