Dominate with Overmind early game and Knight late game, using Parasite to knock off any pesky ice that's not worth dealing with. Use Test Run to get programs back from your heap, otherwise use your card draw to get what you want. Some stim-ed runs will easily steal agendas off-table, and some R&D digging can find the rest.
