Isn't bullfrog and cerebral cast more of a run all the psy games just cause? I mean you dont have any tag punishment and i dont see bullfrog doing a lot

i just threw it together i know it could use some tweeking just wanted see what i could do with it and maybe revisit it later got a couple other deck im working on and testing
