Milling 'n Killing

CyberClick 113

As the name suggests, 'Milling 'n Killing' is all about milling the runner and deny them to score agenda's or eventually flatline them. BIG shoutout to @Decksmith who gave me a good chunk of inspiration (see details of his deck in the info section).

First, you should try to set up the Pālanā Agroplex / Personalized Portal milling machine and gain a lot of credits along the way. If you play against aggressive runners, combine your assets with Snares and such.

Second, you try to build up an exorbitant amount of credits by combining your milling machine with Sweeps Week or play out those NGO's for the use of your future Sandburg. You want to either make the runner pay or let them to suffer the consequences. There have been games I had like 90+, but I am mostly hovering around 30-40.

Third, pull out your Blacklist and wait for a perfect moment to rezz it. Especially when they use bin breakers. Imagine yourself having Blacklist out while the runner approaches an unrezzed Mlinzi with MKUltra in their heap. Oooh, so mean!

The agenda density is low enough to survive some multi-access runs. But if you're not comfortable, dump one or two in archives and bring them back with Preemptive Action. Use it wisely, since you might want to bring other key cards back in the game as well.

Around turn 10, when the runners' stack is empty, you can score out your Obokata Protocols out in the open.

This deck leads to a win/loss ration of 90% so far. I have no idea if it will hold up when people know the strategy, but time will tell.

Have fun with it and let me know what you think!

Some final remarks: Gene Splicer is lovely to alternate between your NGO's to deal some more damage OR to win you the final point.

Psychic Field is great against Falsified Credentials and aggressive runners.

I have played more and more games. Still on 90% win rate, but the deck is kinda slow. You might want to experiment with Bio-Ethics Association to speed up the milling process.
