Recursion Branch

M4n0 69

I got together with a couple of friends and decided to play Netrunner again with an expanding card pool. This is my Corp Deck from our Gateway + Update 2021 era.

Overall Deck Strategy

Protect Centrals while building a scoring remote, score first points with the help of bioroid ICE or a FA tool, finish game with the help of a scoring server based on bioroids, or more FA tools.

Card choices:

Agendas

Project Vitruvius and Luminal Transubstantiation are obvious choices, as every 3/2 agenda is very good. Offworld Office is the other good 4/2 that fits perfectly on the game plan, and Superconducting Hub and Send a Message are there just to round up the numbers. Not a lot of options yet with this pool.

Assets

Marilyn Campaign is standard, self recursive econ. Ronin is there to have some edge if the Runner decides not to run, and Urtica Cipher is if the Runner is running everything.

Operations

Biotic Labor and Seamless Launch are there as FA tools, and together they can score even Send a Message from a Never Advance state. Archives Memories is to reuse some of the most powerful tools, and to add unto the recursion theme. Sprint also helps as a cheap drawing option, that also helps with agenda flood.

Upgrades

Manegarm Skunkworks helps to make that bioroid stacked remote server to really shine, and SanSan City Grid is an expensive tool to press the Runner into scoring from HQ.

ICE

In the Barrier department, we have Eli 1.0 and her big brother Bran 1.0. Both helps to press the Runner into using clics or paying a lot, both are good.

Ravana 1.0 is our only Code Gate, but what it needs in setup, it doubles it in efficiency. Very good to make that stacked remote expensive to deal with.

Ansel 1.0 is our only Sentry, kind of expensive but it can certainly help. Especially with that last subrutine.

Final Thoughts

This is a fun deck with different approaches while the match advances. I will comment how it fares against their kitchen rivals whenever we finally play. Thanks for reading.
