HB: "Paper Wall"

Game plan is simple. Aim to score either Accelerated Beta Test or Efficiency Committee on turn 2 or 3 (ABT turn 2, EC on turn 3). Gila Hands isn't bad either. If you pull off the Beta Test, the free ICE should give you the advantage to rush another 3/2 before the Paper Wall comes crashing down and the runner can get in everywhere. If EC then you are laughing, you can score from hand for the rest of the game and only need a credit and a Shipment to do it.

The key to the deck is layer different types of ICE on top of each other to make the runner go get their whole rig (or Overmind, which is a pain). Your one remote is only needed for the first agenda or two at worst. So don't invest too much in it - two different types of hard ETR is normally sufficient. The taxing ICE - Viper, Eli, Ichi, needs to go on the centrals. No Jackson Howard isn't great, but he just wasn't pulling his weight and his card draw is too slow.

Once the runner can get in, you are just drawing cards as fast as possible to Fast Advance the last couple of points you need. You don't need much money to do this - Shipment from SanSan is your friend even if you didn't manage to get Efficiency Committee out.

I found a similar thing with JH in my list. I would, from experience, up the amount of ice a bit; 24-26 is where I aim. It might not seem like much, but it will help immensely with both your initial ability and any ABTs.

Something I found was that this is a deck that can often score mandatory upgrades, especially if you get one early. At that point it's a biotic labour every turn forever.

I'm not convinced BLC is the way to go here, either. I found I needed money more than cards, and BLC only gives you a profit of 3 for 2 clicks. It really eats up your turn for a fairly small gain.
