The basic idea of this deck is that there are only 6 agendas, meaning that there is only a 15% chance of pulling an agenda out of RnD. It uses extremely taxing ice like Pup, and Eli 1.0, and Snowflake to punish the runner from repeated runs on HQ and RnD. To actually score the agendas, it relies on scoring out a quick Priority Requisition in order to free rez either Tollbooth or Susanoo-No-Mikoto to lock down remote servers. IF THE RUNNER HITS ONE Shi.Kyū, they will then have to score 2 more agendas to make up for it. The math of this deck is insane, and I currently hold a 11 - 3 record with it.
