This deck is intended to be a pale imitation of Foodcoats.

Food courts are actually a thing.

The name is better than the deck.

It also references a card that isn't in it, for bonus points.

But I think you're right. Drop the EMP (which was a bad idea anyway) and maybe the second Splicer. Or swap Marcus for something influence-cheaper; maybe Red Herrings?
