Indeed, Fall Guy and Q-Coherence Chip are very situational. Fall Guy protects Kati Jones against NBN Character Assassination and Breaking News, and Crash Space against Weyland. Q-Coherence Chip + Faerie protect Corroder and Medium against Power Shutdown when the rig is complete. |

Fall Guy does not protect Kati Jones against Character Assassination. You'd likely be better off with a second Kati. Fair point on Power Shutdown. I so rarely see that played straight I forget it's a thing. |

You're right about Fall Guy. Thanks. Tonight, Q-Chip wasn't enough to prevent the death of the two Corroders. Changes : -1 Fall Guy, -1 Q-Chip ➜ +2 Prepaid VoicePAD -1 Easy Mark ➜ +1 Dirty Laundry Other possibilities against Corroder destruction: e3 Feedback Implants, Silencer, Unregistered S&W '35 |
Q-Coherence and the Fall Guy don't seem strictly necessary. I'd say the extra slots could be used for another Emergency Shutdown, another Special Order (all those one-ofs can be problematic), or an AI breaker for some early-game pressure.
