Austerity 2.0 - 2nd place SC Thessaloniki

I wanted to include Daily Quest that is amazing in Mti and with it I was finally able to replace Celebrity Gift that you don't really want to use considering Mti's ability. It played very well and the second Preemptive Action was also good adding consistency on recycling economy, ice and Batties.
