SOCR9 PE Kill Switch

Concept PE deck for SOCR9. Uses Mushin No Shin as a pseudo economy card for putting out agendas, Gene Splicer and ngo fronts. An advanced Gene Splicer just gets left on the table until ready to score out. Kill switch means the runner has to have econ and cards, and PE often runs poor, but the mushin means the deck has 15 econ cards. Runners typically use their econ cards as hit points.
