Psi-Teki Deception

This deck has been surprisingly successful in OCTGN play. I don't think it's perfect yet, but I think it poses a lot of opportunities to take advantage of the Nisei ID and running at a reasonably low econ for most of the game.

While there isn't a ton of ETR Ice, three NAPDs and 2 TFPs make Rnd and HQ runs decently secure, as long as the run itself taxes credits.

You basically start by icing up centrals, then bluff out psi fields, mental health clinics or whatever you want with Mushin. GRNDL refinery and Ronin are there to punish the runner for not hitting your other Mushin No Shin bluffs. If an advanced card is doing nothing for you, you can Trick of Light the tokens to something useful and score it quickly. Cerebral Overwriter was the choice here over Junebug as Deus X, Netshield, Feedback Filter and Plascrete all see more play. Furthermore, even one with advancement tokens that has been exposed becomes useful when you can whirlpool them into a bullfrog and force them into it.

Pay attention to their credit and resource position and use cerebral casts where appropriate. If the board state is right, you can easily force the runner to take the brain damage. If they don't take it, CA is there to punish them while you trash any valuable resources on the board. While this deck isn't built to flatline, the brain damage potential puts them in range of ronin, neural katana or a philotic entanglement.

Lastly, people may think Mental Health Clinic is a weird choice when brain damage is the core damage method of the deck. Thing is, not only are they good drip econ--the runner often forgets that a card is being contributed to their hand size. If their brain damage is high enough, you can trash and replace any clinics on the board and give them one turn to win the game ;). Sorry braindead Runners, your insurance is up.

Looking for any feedback on this build! Excited about the development of Nisei!
