Played this in the Euregio Weekend at both Cologne GNK and the Euregio itself. Had 8 wins and 3 losses in total.

Built everything around Border Control and it seemed to be working quite well. Shipment from Tennin is definitely the weakest card here. While helping you to "cheese" out a Nisei disguised as a Rashida, it definitely did come into play way too rarely and I would swap it for a second Bio Vault and a Fast Track.
