Black Wing [CR]

This is the final version of my entry for SOCR 5. I did not do well :) Originally I was going for a tag punishment build, inspired by @pureflight, but it just wasn't working out, and the real good tag punishment cards in the CR pool at the moment are too high influence. So K.P. Lynn got swapped for Hunter Seeker, which was a good change. And I think if I were to play Seidr in cache refresh again, I'd drop the tagging tech entirely.
