Upya+All-nighter+Kabonesa's quick SMC-based setup = incredible pressure on the corp. An Indexing-centric plan of attack forces them to commit heavily to centrals defense at cost of secure remotes; Kabonesa's runner ability means they don't even get the usual breathing space from the runner frantically digging for the right set of breakers. Kabonesa is never shorthanded on the right tools for the job.

This is maximally effective in a low-PU metagame. If the majority of corps are running heavy on the 5/3 agendas, every Fan Site/Liberated Chela combo is a lose/lose situation for them, either setting back their progress by almost 43%, or advancing the runner's by almost 30%. Fast Advance or high agenda density decks are less vulnerable, but they also trigger Fan Site more reliably, making complicated what should've been a steady march to seven.

...no matter how you cut it, this is a pretty silly deck.

You could probably take a lot of these 3x cards and take them down to 1 or 2. Beth + Chela alone means the corp has to find a way to keep themselves poor to avoid the combo, which must be hilarious to watch. I like the idea though, nobody has taken advantage of the Chela + Fan Site combo yet, you might have something good here if you can refine it a bit.
