Current Format - Tags, Traces and Tears -

This deck was made for the Current Format we use in Santiago, Chile. The legal cards are the ones in the core and deluxes, plus the last two complete cycles, and the one being published. (At the moment Mumbad, Flashpoint and the two first packs of Red Sand).

Door to Door and Aryabhata Tech are the two most important cards of this deck. The idea is to constantly trace the runner, make them lose credits and maybe recover some of what you spent. If you get them to 0, it's very difficult for them to come back up. If these cards go to Archives, consider to bring them back with Preemptive.

Your aim is to get the runner poor. After that, you can score behind a Macrophage or a News Hound. If they get 2 tags, for 6 creds you can Consulting - BOOM! them, but that's only a side option, and you shouldn't focus too much on tagging them.

Closed acounts is a nice target for Consulting visit and for Preemptive Action. Hard-Hitting News is especially horrible when it also triggers Aryabatha. Macrophage protecting Aryabatha is a horrible surprise, even if there are no viruses in the runner deck. Snipe critical breakers and economy with Keegan and Observe and Destroy. Recover from poverty with beanstalk. Your ice is cheap, and this small influx can give you a chance when all seemed lost.

Score a 15 Minutes. Let them have one Global Food Initiative. Consulting visit for Exchange of Information the next time they are tagged. Get 3 agenda points for one. If you have a click, negate that one agenda point by shuffling 15 minutes back into R&D.

You need the current running, so don't put your agendas where they might be easily stolen. Special report them if you have R&D protected. Keep them in hand if your HQ is strong.
