+1 for posting a deck featuring a 3-of Priority Requisition. I like that agenda.
But I somewhat doubt your ICE choices...

Is Data Ward really worth it for you with no other tagging option?
It basically taxes 3 on encounter and then fires 4 empty subs.
I think you either need a Chief Slee to make "firing 4 empty subs" a threat or something that can tag the runner before he reaches Data Ward. Something like a tagging ICE in front of it.
Both possibilities are not really great in Jinteki.

Also, 3 Macrophage? Is that a meta call against a really virus heavy meta?
Remember, it's a simple trace1 - ETR against runners with no viruses. So it taxes a single credit for a no--runner and does nothing against anyone with 1 on his/her ID card.
If you really want to make it hurt you either need to boost traces (Aryabhata Tech is nasty for this) or Chief Slee.
Again, not really Jinteki territory here...

This deck relies on Mushin No Shin to score out, so the ICE on Centrals has to be as taxing as possible.

The Macrophage is to help protect RnD from Medium pressure, which is quite prevalent in my meta. Data Ward helps in tag-floating anarchs and is also a 3-credit tax that is more expensive to Femme past (since it has 4 subs to Tollbooth's one).

Macrophage and Data Ward are also both included as targets for Sub Boost, which makes them both hard ETR ICE with high strength.

I totally overlooked that Sub Boost.

Now I like the deck even more xD
