Introduction

This deck won't win a game by scoring agendas.

But it can do a shitload of damage.

In short, this deck wins by installing a lot of cards, doing a Power Shutdown - Accelerated Diagnostics - Jackson Howard combo for SEA Source (that you're gonna win thanks to Liquidation) and Scorched Earths

Setup phase

In the first few turns of the game you want to dig aggressively through your deck and install cards. Mumbad City Hall gives an insane click compression through drawing and installing an asset with the same click, giving you essentially 3 per click via Liquidation or more if they access Mumbad Virtual Tour. Use Election Day to dump operations that you don't need and find more assets / combo pieces. If you have to throw away Accelerated Diagnostics or Power Shutdown then you can shuffle them back with Museum of History. Executive Boot Camp helps you find Jackson Howard and get a discount on rezzing cards as well as giving Valencia and Dyper decks in particular a hard time. Tech Startups function as 4th and 5th Jackson Howards. If they manage to snipe Government Takeover you can try an early win with Punitive Counterstrike - which you essentially have 5 copies of thanks to Consulting Visit and Mumbad City Hall.

Combo phase

After any turn in which the runner made a run you should consider if you can somehow kill the runner. Below are some scenarios which will result in a crunchy runner. If you somehow have a lot more credits than the runner you can do a combination without Liquidation. Time for some math.

Warming up (4 damage):

Requires a Jackson Howard or Tech Startup installed, Accelerated Diagnostics and Power Shutdown in hand, Interns and Archived Memories in archives and C + 3A - 7 > R.

Shattered Remains gives you a last chance if the runner scores 6 agenda points early and it forces them to run or allows you to score through a battle of wits.

Possible changes

Psychic Field is a good addition with Prisec against runners who check every asset.

Jeeves Model Bioroids is like steroids for the alliance spam.

Big Brother and BOOM! could turn the 8 - 12 - 16 cases above into 7 - 14 - 21 damage cases.
