Notion here is CP is strong early, so capitalize. Either get out a Mother Goddess, Mushin, & Vanity early or Housekeeping or some part of that first combo. You want to score something within the first 2-3 turns turning into a single score game for the rest of the game. If you can't do that you're probably SOL.

The ID gives you sniping power and punishment for running with EMP, Shock!, & Snare!. You get pressure for not running from Ronin and Housekeeping. Hopefully by forcing out early game point you can extend the power of the ID.

Shi.Kyu attempts to make scoring unfair allowing you to score 2 to win and the runner 3, when there are already only 6 agendas and 3 of them protect themselves. Also the other traps should make digging frustrating and difficult. With only 6 agendas, Housekeeping should be out for pretty much the entire game.

Scoring requires Mother Goddess. Praise to Elune. Ice is selected to give you temporary protection/tax when you need it but not ruin Mother Goddess. Praise to Elune.
