Weyland Janitorial: Cleaner of Nations

Is your country a mess? Our studies have found that every single country to date has been infested by a newfound pest: Runners. They rob your banks, dirty your data, and generally make day to day life unsanitary.

Call Weyland Janitorial and we'll clean up your nation today! Our advanced The Cleaners are ready to meat any filth until there's nothing left of it. Your more dangerous messes will be cleaned up with punitive force, and we have a few PROJECTS to deal with invasive mold growth.

I have been exclusively testing this corp deck on Jinteki.net since the release of Builder of Nations. ICE one remote and your centrals. Some notes on earlier builds and current card choices

  1. The "Mill The Runner" Back Up Plan: 3x Harvester and consistent meat damage pings on every server (boosted by The Cleaners and Media Blitz) put a signifcant timer on the runner's clock: The runner CANNOT run once his stack and grip reach 0 cards. 2x Chronos Project is there to ruin the day of any deck that's running Levy to reshuffle. I used to run a single Underway Renovation, but the milling jank was sacrificed for the more consistent Hostile Takeover. I would like Underway to return though; burning the runner's deck down with flamethrowers is the dream,

  2. Space ICE and PADs: I originally tried a heavy Space deck and later PAD Factory with less advanceables as support, but getting advanced ICE up and running and replacing burst economy with PAD campaigns was far too slow. I've found it better to use cheaper ETRs and focus on the advanced meat damage threat as your chief deterrent. Plopping down an Ice/Fire Wall is faster than triple advancing space or getting a PAD Factory first.

  3. Economy: Replacing Beanstalk Royalties and Builders with GRNDL Refinery and Dedication Ceremony has been a huge economic boon.

  4. Project Junebug > Psychic Field: The double advance Junebug bluff feels more reliable to me than the Psychic Field + Prisec combo others have been running. No Psi game, no accessing in the right order requirement, and some satisfying wins when the runner thinks your Junebug is a Government Takeover.

  5. Contract Killer: I've gotten a few wins from it, but overall it has not done very much work. Consider the 2X Contract Killer a flex spot that could instead be filled with Dedicated Response Teams (to combo with Prisec) or more econ.

  6. Hollywood Renovation: This was better when I ran a few more Asteroid Belts, but it's still good for helping out Commercialization. Consider switching both out for a Government Takeover or 2 High Risk Investments.

  7. Punitive Counterstrike: My go-to kill strategy because I didn't want to deal with sticking a tag and having good tag support (running 2x Media Blitz means that I do not have enough influence for a solid tagging strategy). Cleaners, Media Blitz, Prisec, and the ID ability help to ensure that a single Punitive is all you need to land for the kill.

Nice list. I especially like the idea of using the Harvester to your advantage. How often does it fire? And how much do you get on average from the Commercialization.
