NBN NA Rush - Store championship first/second place

Corp deck I tied for first with. Every tiebreaker was even after 5 rounds of swiss, so I gave the the win to travis, since I have already won a store championship.

This deck is a hybrid of never advance, fast advance, and rush, being able to keep the runner off kilter. NAPD is exactly the right agenda for this deck, and is actually quite easy to score, even considering its a 4/2.

I played against this deck, it was a nightmare for my gabe deck, which had swapped Gordian for Yog the night before. Knight hates viper and caduceus....

Hey, whats up! Good games.

Yeah, almost every breaker hates viper and caduceus. Even mimic means it takes 2 credits to break an ice that was probably rezzed for free.

This deck probably has too many 4 str ice - I'll likely drop a bastion for a third wraparound, or maybe a tollbooth or similar.

TMI would give you a str 5 barrier that isn't very fun to break even with corroder. It's not the greatest way to spend the 2 recurring credits, but it also provides a modicum of siphon protection by itself, and is decent. Makes for a shitty day when they shut it down though. Just a thought.

I think tollbooth is a fair addition, but a big liability for femme and shutdown, and only 5 to break with knight. It's not as good as an 8 strength draco....

Haha! yeah. The strongest draco in all the lands!

Toolbooth would serve the same space as archer - a nasty surprise on a remote. Ive toyed with 1 many times, but its just so damned expensive. I dont like floating 16 credits, which is how much it would take to tollbooth + sansan and score.

I used to run TMI, actually - great siphon protection. Switched to bastion as TMI can be a huge liability in the early game facechecks against linked runners. Its something to consider.
