BREXIT: The Deck

whirrun 129

I can't be bothered to go through every card in this and do a clever pun with a link as I don't really know how.

This is however why we ought to leave (in reply to Stronger Together): Freedom; the EU's Corporatist racket; Free Trade; Power to the People; a financial Windfall; Liberating our Accounts; being like D4vid vs Goliath etc. Surely this is worth a few Rigged Results? And it probably won't cause the Apocalypse.

Well then. You clearly fear the masses of immigrants, who aren't here to steal your jobs, nor are they all on benefits.

@Swatchblade If that's what it takes to avoid a union with Juncker & Co. (Not to mention all the far right policticians in Europe.)

@ryangibson86 Yeah, I kinda walked into the fear the masses one! It's supposed to represent the anger of large numbers of mostly poorer voters who have been consistently ignored and dismissed by the political classes. Likewise Career Fair and Liberated are about the unleashed economic potential of reorienting to the wider world and the growing economies of the future.

I'm glad these decks are generating a fun discussion. Now can someone please tell me how to do the card link thing! (Also Firefox doesn't let me comment on posts)

@whirrun Yeah, yeah, I was just having fun with the cards. :) I love themed decks for some reason. Reina is a good choice, but personally I would have gone with BREXILE

So should we vote now for this or Stronger Together?

Obviously I shouldn't be taking all of the credit for this result, but what better illustration of the power and reach of Netrunner!

Deck of the week? :p

The result may be a serious topic with huge implications, but I like this fun deck (that also looks like it may play okay). The only thing I can see missing is a sense of Deja Vu, as Scotland calls again for a referendum (and to recur D4v1d).

I also like that the other deck would have been Haas, that would be very thematic
