I enjoy your haiku.

Looking at this deck, I'm puzzled by a few of your choices. Private Contracts seems like a poor fit in this deck, especially considering how little economy is built into it. I would look towards spending influence for a couple of GRNDL Refineries, or a better choice may be to import some Successful Demonstration to synergize with the Phase 2/3 habit of Runners to Jack Out after the first ICE on the centrals to satisfy Replicating Perfections requirement.

Ronin is a good card, but I wonder if we really need 3x considering only 6 out of 17 ICE do damage coupled with Chum requiring a secondary ICE to actually land any damage. Personally I'd run 1x Ronin as the Jinteki finishing move, and add some Shocks! for archive pain. What is Aggressive Secretary doing here? With the lack of advancement traps in this deck, I'd rather get a kill with Project Junebug than program loss which will only set the Runner back 1-3 turns. If you wait until Mushin No Shin is available, a Mushin installed Project Junebug at matchpoint should be a kill after lulling the Runner into a false sense of security.

Caprice Nisei is an Unique upgrade, and a very good one in my opinion. Her Uniqueness raises the question of why there are 3x of her in this deck. I would cut her to 2x, and then consider Interns in this Asset heavy deck. Interns will allow you to recurse Caprice, Sundews, and Ronin.

I'm trying to understand what I'm missing with your ICE selection, especially the Bioroids. In my opinion, Ice Wall with Trick of Light will be a lot more useful for Jinteki RP than Eli 1.0 or Ichi 1.0. Tollbooth is a good card, but Jinteki will get more bang for it's buck with Inazuma before a nasty Sentry or RSVP to prevent the Runner from stealing NAPD Contract or to guarantee a Caprice protection. I am a fan of Viper though, just keep in mind that repeated Viper traces are an economy drain. I'd overplan economy if I wanted Viper to be a serious threat.

I understand the inclusion of NAPD contract, but since we are using cards from Double Time there should be some consideration of Shinobi. The bad publicity from Shinobi would mean that we really don't want NAPD contract in this deck, but an opportune Shinobi has the means to flatline a runner by itself. It's a much more serious threat than Tsurugi, with it's 5 strength. I would look to switching NAPD Contract for Fetal AI (or Medical Breakthrough after it's release), especially if we keep more than 1x Ronin in this deck, just to replace Tsurugi with Shinobi.
