I think this build is better as a Glacier, so that the runner HAS to build a lot of resources to get through. The FA route may be overkill (if there is such a thing!), but if you drop the SanSans & 1 Temple, you can get 2 Ruhr Valleys - 1 for Jenkins' & 1 for scoring server, so the Runner will have to spend full turn to make 1 run (unless they use a Run event).

@Legion1979 my thoughts exactly. The problem with Vicky is that she is one pack off being good (having 2 assets or agendas in a server is amazing - her and the scoring). I like the Ruhr effect - NBN does a poor job of taxing sometimes, but I'll update the tax element in v0.2.

Probably use tracers if I wish to keep the dishes. Might also cut those agendas.
