Simple to play, low cost deck. 1) Just protect your hand 2) set a date fort with City Surveillance 3) set a data fort for Agendas

Keegan Lane can be used on all of them. Trash a barrier or a generic icebreaker.

Don't you need Data Raven to guarantee that Keegan will have a tag to spend?

The Keegan plan is solid, but needs Ravens in addition to Bandwidth. Just Bandwidth doesn't cut it (because D4v1d), and you also want your combo to go up more frequently.

I probably wouldn't bother with Draco, it's everything but low-cost - changing those and one City Surveillance into Ravens is a necessary change in my opinion.

Thank you both for your comments, I will test it with 2 Data Raven instead of one Dracō and one City Surveillance.
