All aboooooooooooooooooard!

Ladies and gentlemen, this is your conductor speaking. Thank you for patience as we were clearing the tracks of some clotting. As we get prepared to begin our trek, please take a last good look to your left at the Mumbad Temple. Never will you see a more dignified contributor to the lowered costs for NBN initiatives. Why does a temple do things for NBN? Who knows. While you were thinking, I just scored another Astroscript Pilot Program.

CHOO CHOO!

Strap in and buckle up folks because there are no breaks on the Astrotrain!!

Tell me if these cards sound playable...

0c to rez, 4 to trash asset. Gain 1c at start of turn.

0c to rez, 4 to trash asset, when you draw, look at one additional card, pick, etc...

0c to rez ice. Name barrier, code gate, sentry and it is that type till end of turn and derezzes.

0c to rez ice. Target MaXx pays 4 cards or finds their 1 corroder or d4vid.

What if I told you Kala Ghoda lets you play all these cards? What if I told you that you were already playing worse versions of these cards but can now play the better versions by just having a bit of Faith™ in Mumba Temple.

The temple can rez a cyberdex for 1. A temple can rez your SanSan City Grid for 4. The first game you get a chance to use the recurring credits more than once you start to see your reflection in the sleeves and realize you've turned into Guy Fieri because you are on the Astrotrain headed straight for FLAVORTOWN.

No matter your belief, the undeniable FACT remains... Mumba Temple is REAL. I must admit I was on the fence and was converted by itsbigfoot/SamRS the night before store champs Saturday. The deck's only loss on the day unfortunately came against Sam himself as he knew the secrets of the temple and is also pretty damn good at netrunner.

Before anyone says the ice sucks... I planned on a lot of MaXx. Turned out she is as 50% of the field. Going wide, playing lots of trash-necessary assets was great watching them squirm to afford to trash multiple SanSans or Pads that I rezzed for free. So 3x wraparound, 1 tollbooth, and 1 assassin were the starting points. As you are trying to score from hand, ice doesn't need to go on remotes much. I did often ice the first temple as it protects itself and plays really nice with the spicy meatball stuffed with Chimera. Also, NAPD is as good as its ever been and its not being played around every access.

Really, its not much new here. The 3 temple could be shipments and the ice could be tweaked but I truly enjoyed the temples on the day!

Looks dastardly! Any thought to going the Team Sponsorship route and being even more horizontal ala Calimsha? There's also the BigBoy adding Ash and being more able to glacier. Do you see this deck having any of those options?
