Pretty great except for Gutenberg - with not tag punishment, it's a wasted card slot.

@solendor Gutenberg is there as a bluff - if he plays tag-me, unlucky, but most runners will clear the tags as you might run scorched/Allseeing I/Closed accounts. If you meet more tag-me and less virus, 1 cybersex virus suite for a tag punisher is a good meta call.

I debated the Gutenberg in this list but ultimately chose it because it is just such an efficient piece of ICE for its cost. It can be, as stated by @Nerdfighter a bluff play, when the runner sees it early, they have to repsect the scorch play. Also, more and more runners rely on key resources so floating tags is still not ideal for them. Perhaps slotting in some tag punishment will make the deck better. Resistor in place of wall of static may be an idea.
