Foodcoats MWL (1st place Tyche's Games SC)

Abstract 239

Just a few thoughts about the deck, I don't think it's too terribly different from a lot of other MWL Foodcoats lists running around out there. I opted to keep the Tollbooth, as there's no great replacement taxing hard ETR ice in faction, and I like having the stopping power. Vikram 1.0 is a really nice, well-costed option, I just replaced the Ichi 2.0s with it. Generally did good work throughout the tournament, having three good subroutines that are almost always viable is nice: makes for a better early install than Ichi 2 if you have to protect a server with it, since it can at least do some damage. Advanced Concept Hopper scored early is fantastic passive econ, makes Ash 2X3ZB9CY much better, and found it helpful for protecting both HQ and R&D in different moments. I'll be testing swapping Tollbooth for a third architect, and an Executive Boot Camp to help protect against Blackmail, DDoS, and Run Amok, as well as to find assets. Though in trying a few options, no Tollbooth and only one Caprice has felt a little flimsy to me.

It'll probobly hit you but Executive Boot Camp caanot find Caprice, as it only finds Assets.

Is cyberdex Worth it with no fast advance? Feels like it would be better as a Crisium grid,

@Funshade Yup, you're right. Derp. My brain is still fried. And CVS did good work against datasucker, parasite, and medium, but could be swapped out. I think it would have been ok without it.
