This deck requires you to use the Greenhouse card in order to properly utilize the Medical Breakthrough tricks. You should be able to bluff the opponent a lot when installing agendas, try loading up a snare and a regular asset in the same round so they trigger both. After you've conditioned the player, either try to land a Junebug with 3 advances from Mushin, or blind agenda advances for some good psi game.

Here's my general strategy:

Early game: Get Medical Breakthrough under ice, score next round for free. If your opening hand doesn't have it, mulligan. Komainu your HQ when possible for the sheer sub count.

Mid game: Make sure you have enough ice to protect R&D! Assassins are great at this point, as you should have triggered at least one celebrity gift to get some cash flow. Don't be afraid to show off an agenda and a Snare.

Late game: Hopefully you have at least 5-6 agendas as this point. You need to wrap things up quickly as the opponent will be able to stomp all over your ice after a certain point. Don't be afraid to Jackson Howard your draw pile to get that last medical breakthrough. Make sure you have a Cerebral Static out or you're going to get stomped by some of the runner abilities.
