Lunar Propaganda v0.1

Here's an attempt to make a New Angeles Sol: Your News deck around the upcoming current "Clones Are Not People" — I got 3x copies of it in a Hard Wired draft at Worlds this weekend, so I'm going to be trying it out this week. (I've substituted Cerebral Cast for "Clones" here; both are Jinteki, 3-influence operations). This deck is, of course, completely untested, but seems like it could be fun.

Here's the basic gist: Draw aggressively to get multiple "Clones" and Team Sponsorships, dump the excess of those into Archives. Get one on the table, and score, pulling the next one out of Archives or HQ. Repeat using typical fast advance tricks (albeit without Biotics, as there's no influence for that). Do other Team Sponsorship shenanigans as is necessary — note that since you control the order of your "when scored" effects, you should be able to chain these during a single score.

So, for example, let's say you have a rezzed SanSan on the table, with an Astro scored with a token on it (so, you're at 2, in an ideal fast advance state). And a Team Sponsorship is on the table, and a "Clones" is already active. Install another Astro, advance, advance, rez the TS, score the second Astro (SanSan or token), plus the "Clones" (3 more points; now you're at 5). First, trigger the New Angeles Sol ability, putting a new "Clones" in play from HQ or Archives, then Team Sponsorship out a Breaking News or 15 Minutes onto the SanSan, token it, score it, also scoring the "Clones." Voila, 2 more points, you're at 7, and that's game.

That's a five-point turn with only two agendas. Team Sponsorship shenanigans will get a significant boost with "Clones" — with multiple "Clones" (one in play, andother in hand/in the trash), you can win with Team Sponsorshipping a 2/1.

Other ideas: Try to get a tag on the Runner via News Hound, but just for Lily food, so you can tutor for the next "Clones." Rezzing her also gives you added draw; I'm so used to NEH, I'm not sure how to FA in something that doesn't have built-in draw, so this is an added bonus. I decided to cut a Future is Now for a third Breaking News to facilitate the kind of play above, but that could easily go in here too to help tutor out "Clones" or other pieces.

With this setup, you don't even need a SanSan City Grid rezzed (hence why I'm down to two here, which could be stupid, I dunno?) — with 3x "Clones" it's actually possible to win with just Breaking News and 15 Minutes, all 2/1s from hand provided you get the first "Clones" on the table before the first 2/1 score.

If you really need to, you can drop a Targeted Marketing if you're getting Siphon spammed, but this could be a Predictive Algorithm as well (or just dropped). The Lotus Field is only there just to be conservative vs. a Parasucker heavy meta — I sort of want to turn it into a Psychic Field just for kicks, because I love that card in NBN, and no one I play ever seems to see it coming. That could also just be a third Eli? Or something else?

There are probably econ problems here, the ICE isn't great, and I'm certain there's other stuff to worry about that I haven't thought about. But here's my first (v0.1) attempt at a FA New Angeles Sol, which I'll test this week!
